  5. Aadhaar Card or other ID and Address proof (Voter ID / Passport) – Self attested
  6. High Resolution JPEG file of Trade Mark / Logo
  7. Class / Classes in which registration is required
  8. Date from which trade Mark is being used – if it is an old date, any documentary evidence like advertisement or similar proof to evidence such usage from old date

Partnership Firm

  1. Email ID of Authorised Signatory
  2. Mobile Number of Authorised Signatory
  3. Landline Number, if any
  4. PAN Card of authorised signatory – Self attested
  5. PAN Card of Partnership Firm – Self attested
  6. Aadhaar Card or other ID and Address proof (Voter ID / Passport) of Authorised signatory – Self attested
  7. Partnership Deed self-attested by Authorised signatory
  8. Authorisation by all partners in favour of Authorised signatory to apply for and complete documentation in respect of registration
  9. High Resolution JPEG file of Trade Mark / Logo
  10. Class / Classes in which registration is required
  11. Date from which trade Mark is being used – if it is an old date, any documentary evidence like advertisement or similar proof to evidence such usage from old date
